Mrs. Kearns is Retiring!

Please join us for the MQP School Retirement Party honoring Martha Kearns, Joyce Winkler & Colleen Pijut. Sunday, June 5, after 9:00 AM Mass.  Donuts and coffee will be provided! In addition, as Mrs. Kearns’ past students all know, at the end of each day Mrs. Kearns hands each student a LOVE note saying what a great day they’ve had. We are encouraging past students and parents to write your own “Love Letter” to Mrs. Kearns. You can download a “Love Letter” from MQP Flock Notes or MQP Weekly. Cow Project Thank You

Bishop John Baptist Kaggwa, Bishop of Masaka Diocese in Uganda, and Microfinancing Partners in Africa, presented the Parish of Mary, Queen of Peace with a plaque on Friday, May 6, at the 8 AM Mass to thank the parish for your generous response to the Lenten Appeal in 2014 which funded 91 cows, including one from the School of Mary, Queen of Peace on behalf of the school of St. Theresa Bwanda in Masaka Diocese. — The plaque reads: “The Cow Project Farmers thank Mary, Queen of Peace.”
