PARISH FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE:

DURING MASS TIMES ON HOLY DAYS OF OBLIGATION.

DURING PSR on Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm


Rooms may be reserved in the School Building:

  • Mon., Wed., Thurs., and Fri. from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
  • Tues 3:00 pm to 6:00 and 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm
  • Sat. from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • Sun. from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm                                                                                                                                 

The Lubeley Room may be reserved:

  • Mon., Wed., Thurs., and Fri. from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • Tues 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm
  • Sat. from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • Sun. from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm

  • Terms and Conditions Governing the Use of MQP Facilities

    There will not be a maintenance person to assist with your event. You/Your Organization are responsible for Set up/Clean up/and Tear down. Misuse of terms and conditions will result in no future use of the facilities.

    Rooms may be reserved in the School Building:

    • Mon., Wed., Thurs., and Fri. from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
    • Tues 3:00 pm to 6:00 and 8:00 pm to 10:00
    • Sat. from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
    • Sun. from 12:30 pm to 10:00                                                                                                                                    

    The Luebely Room may be reserved:

    • Mon., Wed., Thurs., and Fri. from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
    • Tues 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm
    • Sat. from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
    • Sun. from 12:30 pm to 10:00 pm   

    Please:
    • Leave the room the way you found it.
    • Collect all trash and haul it to the dumpster.
    • Turn lights off and lock doors.
    • Ask where you can obtain cleaning supplies if you are not familiar with them.

    Set-up/Clean-up/Tear down
    Organizations are responsible for their own set up/clean up/and tear down. Cleanup includes trash pickup, wipe up and tear down. Cleaning materials located on site may be used. Turn lights off, close windows and lock doors when finished.

    If your organization is having a large scale event and you want to 'hire" Gamel to provide janitorial services, please Contact Sue O'Leary, Business Manager, in the parish office. sueoleary@mqpwg.org

    Obtaining and Returning Keys:

    School Building and Lubeley Room

    • Key Cards are needed to gain access to all exterior doors of the school building and the Lubeley Room
    • Key Cards may be picked at the Parish Office Monday – Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
    • Interior room keys are stored in 2 lock boxes in the school building. (Across from Concession Stand and inside East Door)
    • The lock box code can be obtained from the parish office
    • To open lock box: press code and turn knob, making sure to return the knob to locked position
    • Return keys to the lock box  and return key cards to the Parish Office

    Parish Center/Gym

    The Parish School has use of the gym during regular school hours Mon. – Fri. (7:30 am – 3:00 pm)
    The Parish School of Religion (PSR) has use of the gym, school and cafeteria on Tuesday evenings (6:00 pm – 8:00 pm)
    Use of the gym  may be scheduled in advance as follows:
    Mon., Wed., Thurs., and Fri. from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
    Tues 3:00 pm to 6:00 and 8:00 pm to 10:00
    Sat. from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
    Sun. from 12:30 pm to 10:00 

    Kitchen/Cafeteria Facilities

    If you need access to the locked kitchen storage closet, which contains the walk in refrigerator, please coordinate with Donna McMullin, our Cafeteria Manager, the week before the event.

    THE KITCHEN MUST BE RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE OF CLEANLINESS AT THE END OF YOUR FUNCTION. All kitchen utensils and equipment must remain in the kitchen or subsequent use of the kitchen by your organization will be prohibited.

    No children should ever be using key cards or given access to the lock box.

Special Event Usage not sponsored by MQP

If an event is approved by the Pastor but not sponsored by MQP or if an outside organization wishes to use Archdiocesan property for events or programs, a Hold Harmless Agreement must be signed and returned to the Mary Queen of Peace Parish Office prior to the facility usage.
