Bethesda Nursing Home has about 120 Catholic residents who are served by our Parish Priests. Mass is celebrated on Saturday morning at 10:30 A.M. and Communion is given to those in their room who are not able to come to the chapel.
A Rosary prayer service is conducted at 11:30 A.M. on Thursdays. Anointing of the sick occurs three times a year.
"On Call" anointing when death is imminent, is available.
A wide variety of volunteers from Scouts to 55+ Club Members assist in bringing the residents to the chapel for Saturday Mass. More volunteers are welcome for transporting residents in wheelchairs or simply visiting the residents.
If anyone can spare two hours (approximately 9:45 - 11:45 A.M.) on Saturday morning to help, it would be greatly appreciated.
