Starting at Grant Road and Big Bend Blvd., include the Webster Woods Drive development; east on Big Bend Blvd. (north side only) to Rock Hill Road; north on Rock Hill Road (west side only) to the southern incorporation boundary of Rock Hill Village; west on the southern incorporation boundary of Rock Hill Village to Manchester Road; west on Manchester Road (south side only) to the Kirkwood city limits; south on the Kirkwood city limits to Big Bend; northwest on Big Bend (north side only) to Grant Road.
