Liturgy Commission

Working closely with the parish staff in implementing the liturgical norms of the universal Church and policies of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, the Liturgy Committee deals with issues related to the planning, development and evaluation of our Sunday liturgies and the special seasonal liturgies (Advent/Christmas and Lent/Triduum/Easter). The commission is responsible for the recruitment, training and spiritual nourishment of our liturgical ministers. The commission also seeks to deepen the understanding and faith of its members through prayer and discussion.

Membership is open to all Adult Parishioners who are interested in assisting in this work. A Priest representative is required at all meetings. Membership includes Committee Heads for Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Ushers, Music, Sacristans, and Gift Presenters, and a Parish Council Liaison.
