Dear Mary Queen of Peace Parish,

Fr. Bob and the MQP Principal Search Committee are pleased to announce the hiring of Mrs. Amy Schroff, M.A., as the next principal of Mary Queen of Peace School. The committee unanimously recommended Mrs. Schroff to Fr. Bob to be the next leader of our great school and he agreed. She will be joining the MQP community after nearly 20 years in education, including classroom time as a teacher of religion, language arts and social studies. Mrs. Schroff is currently the Middle School Coordinator at Our Lady of the Pillar School, where she also teaches 6th, 7th and 8th graders.

Mrs. Schroff has made catholic education her life's work. She and her husband have three sons in local catholic schools and her teaching has brought her to several archdiocesan parish schools. She has tremendous knowledge of curriculum and a strong faith that is immediately evident. Mrs. Schroff has stated that among her top priorities is fostering a school environment "where children are treasured".

Mrs. Schroff is excited to learn more about parish, school and the culture of Mary Queen of Peace.We look forward to further announcements about upcoming opportunities for the entire MQP community to welcome our new principal.
